Nice staff but very slow at making sandwiches. Then again I would rather have them be alittle slower then messing the order up bc they they were going to fast.

Every time I come here it feels like they give me a little less meat. Where's the beef?! Or tuna. And when did bacon get to be a dollar fifty per slice? Subway just ain't worth it no more... smh

We ordered 2 sandwiches online and had an ema receipt with both an order and payment approval . My husband went to pickup the sandwiches and was told they didn 't have the order. The young woman working called the store manager, who said this rarely happens but it didn 't go thru and they refused to honor our receipt and we had to re-pay if we wanted sandwiches. He said we 'd also have to contact our bank for a refund on the first order. My husband said that that wasn 't right and they should honor the receipt and make the sandwiches we clearly paid for. The employee refused to give us the managers name for follow-up and both parties refused us the food or a refund, amongst being rude and disrespectful. This is some of the poorest customer service I 've EVER received in my life. We will NEVER go back there again. The right thing would 've been to make the sandwiches based on the receipt and IF on the offchance it was an error, eat the $18 because that 's how you keep customers returning. They must be a very wealthy store to turn away business in this economy. This may be a franchise, but Subway should have a better handle on their stores. Shame on everyone involved.

If you are in this area, need a quick bit and don't care for burgers, give itva try. Very friendly people and consistent with expectations from a Subway as far as the sandwich was concerned.
