King Bee - Antipolo

King bee is one of our favorite Chinese Restaurant. Everything tastes authentic. When they were still along Marcos highway the service is good. But when they transferred to SM Masinag, the service was bad. Service was slow and you need to keep on having follow ups with your order.

I rated this restaurant a 2 for the service was way too bad. Waiters Ronnie and Vincent were obnoxious to their guests. From the 30minute wait of food to the rudely act of the waiter (Rude because he was trying to mimic my gestures whenever I call for assistance) I spoke with the supervisors Tin and Nelson. I really didn't know what happened next, I felt I was not the first person to complain and the supervisors weren't surprised at all. Please don't tolerate this kind of service... sigh I loved the food.

King Bee along Marcos Highway is one of our family's favorite food destination when we crave for authentic Chinese cuisine. Recently they transferred to SM Masinag which is more convenient for me. I love their century egg and wanton noodle soup the best! Service is something they can improve on.

I had early dinner with my brother and his family in this outlet. It was my first time and it will be my last. With the number of servers available, one would expect good service (my expectation was not even that high knowing they are just a small time business) but sadly it was a disappointment. The item I ordered was not available so I opted for a Plain Noodle Soup! while my brother, his wife and daughter ordered for rice toppings. Being those were the only items ordered, the server could have sensed they were all main course therefore expected to be served all together. We had to discover it was not the case when they served my soup first and after a while we had to follow up for the other orders as mine was already getting cold. They even had to check their system before they went to action and there was no apology for the delay even. Adding to the disappointment was my noodles that were clumped together and the soup tasting like water mixed with soy sauce and flavoring. And the tea tasted like rust! Yes we were approached by the manager when I had already complained twice to the server. Perhaps service would have been better if the manager approaches the tables to check if guests are happy instead of leaving it to the servers. Truly not a value for money!
