Karasu - Antwerpen

For me personally, the best authentic Japanese in ants since the '80s. It's just, it's really good and fresh and at a good price. No frozen fish on his sushis or deep free tamago. Everything's always fresh at the crime scene. Can't be better. I've been a regular for 20 years, and I have to drive, but I've never been disguised. Great.

Finally the chief of the Osaka, the oldest Japanese restaurant in Antwerp, recovered. The Osaka is closed September 2017. He opened the Karasu in March 2018. But I just found out. He's still the best, tasteful, supervers and authentic.

Specially right and hyperverse kitchen. The autent Japanese kitchen from the restaurant Osaka on the British slate is now transfered to Karasu. It's very unfair to be mentioned in tripadvisor and not in DeMorgen Magazine about best japans restaurant in Antwerp. It's just the best, in the great tradition since the late 18th century in Japan.

Very good food. I combined the lunch formula with chirashi with a glass of red wine. Super hot fresh fish, getting ready in front of your nose when you're at the bar. Friendly service, too. Absolute toucher!
