Wendy's - Apache Junction

Wendy's is a perfect choice, especially while traveling! I ordered the summer strawberry salad, and it was fresh and delicious. My son had a spicy chicken sandwich, and he thought it was excellent.

To make matters worse, the fries I received were old and stale. When I asked for fresh fries, a staff member commented, "Guess this is Burger King, and you get it your way now." That type of comment was inappropriate and did nothing to address my concerns. The staff should have focused on providing quality service and food instead of making light of my confusion over the pricing issues caused by management. Overall, I found the team to be disrespectful and unprepared, making this one of my least favorable experiences at a restaurant.

When I received my food, I noticed that the fries were stale and cold. I asked for fresh ones, and a member of the back-of-house team remarked, “I guess this is Burger King; you get it your way now.” I wish the same enthusiasm to protect team interests was directed towards ensuring the quality of my food and order.

There's an employee at Wendy's who is very helpful and has a smile on his face no matter what. His name is Leton. Thank you for making sure your customers are happy Leton, good work!

They do not put mustard on their burgers but I requested mustard and was happy they put it on my burger. Thank you. It's not a burger without mustard for ME. The fries were not hot but that is the NORM for all the fast food places and it is EXTREMELY annoying. And if I specifically tell them the fries have to be very hot, they won't listen!! I'm so tired of lukewarm fries from the drive thru. I send them back then they force me to wait forever. Just get it right the first time. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants HOT fries. Today's hamburger had more onion than burger.
