Five Guys - Apex

Online order. Friday evening evening, it was busy. had to wait a few to be done in burger, but even longer for a milkshake. staff are friendly and the burgers are good! really like the Cajunries, just spicy enough for a twist. parking: in a small square next to costco. has 4-6 shops so limited parking space.

By far the best burger they can buy without home. preisy tho. but they get a big part. Food: 5/5

Excellent burger in comfortable, clean, friendly fast food environment.

Our experience was quite disappointing. We visited Five Guys and did not receive all of our food. After noticing the missing items, we approached the manager to show him our receipt and explain the situation. Instead of being understanding, he insisted that the food was in the bag and even accused my husband of lying, suggesting that the food might have been taken elsewhere. This was not the case. We asked politely for assistance, but in the end, my husband left without eating. We will not be returning.

I swear to god, if I place one more online order and they don’t give me my $6 milkshake, I’m going to start reporting this store to corporate. I’m about to become a whole Karen because this is absolutely ridiculous.
