Came for lunch on a week day. We ordered the cauliflower appetizer, the Philly cheese steak, the fried chicken sandwich and a side of Brussels.The service and at. Atmosphere were great. Food started of rocky. The cauliflower was over-breaded and undercooked. The breading was pasty and there was no real flavor unless you dipped them in the sauce.The sandwiches were really good, especially, the chicken sandwich. Fries were OK.The Brussels were tasty and plentiful, but I wish they were cooked a bit more and crispy.Will go back and try again.

We had an hour wait as they don't take reservations, but it was totally worth it! Scratch is an eclectic fusion of Asian and Southern fare. We had the pimento cheese wontons and BBQ egg rolls to start, followed by two of their bowls. Everything was so fresh and flavorful!Food: 5/5

Everything was amazing, so fresh and flavorful. I had the Westminster Abbey Burger. Sam is a wonderful server. We had lunch after shopping for prom. We live in Durham but I can see myself going back.

One of the Best Restaurants in Triangle and in the USA. They have the best Mac and Cheese Blues Mac And Cheese), amazing seafood and fantastic appetizers. It is a mix of all the popular flavors in the region with high level quality.Food: 5/5

I love the atmosphere and the setting. Menu is simple and yet all the options available sound appetizing. There are options for vegetarians and vegans. The food had great flavor and came out in a timely manner. I suggest trying this place for any occasion and even a great spot for a nice date. The only issue I faced was our server Alex seemed preoccupied talking with others and or seemed unaware of signs indicating we needed anything such as empty water glasses or plates stacked on the table. She did check on us once after we got our food but we had to reach out to another server to be checked out.
