Just remodeled store and it's much better than before. You need to try the Impossible Whopper, it's really good and it tastes better than the regular one. This is one of the worst burger kings that I have ever visited! Poorly trained staff, pants sagging exposing underwear, the order took more than 15 minutes for a chicken wrap! The staff were also fighting in the back and they also locked the dining area doors! Overall a bad experience!

I ordered 2 cheese burgers at the burger king in Apopka. I was using a perk weeks offer for a free cheeseburger when you spend a dollar. When I went to pick them up I received 1 cheeseburger. I then parked and went inside and the person at the counter stated that they could not assist me. She said she was unable to do a refund or assist in any way since I ordered on the app. While at the store I attempted to contact customer support on chat and got the message that no one was available. I then waited to try again later. Now chat is available. but they seem to be unable to understand the issue. No love found @Burger King.
