Been for dim sum a couple of times and have visited before when it was Applecross Chinese Restaurant (I think that's what it was called? . Came here as Imperial Court was like 45min/1hour wait for dim sum. SK Cuisine is in definite need of a face lift but the dim sum is good! Usual suspects like har goh, charsiew bao, loh ba goh, and chee cheong fun were hot, fresh, and tasty. The dan tat here is better than Imperial Court and the fried squid has lots of chilli and salt and is cooked fresh to order. And you know it's good when you see other Chinese families eating here!
I 'm pleasantly surprised by this place. We came here by chance as the one we originally wanted to go to was closed today. The dim sum is good (except for the fried squid, that was quite rubbery , the service was quite quick and friendly.
We got food poisoned from this place ! If you want diarrhea n vomiting please eat here!!! We got there 6:30 tonight and food was already preordered a day in advance but we sat there for an hour before a complimentary prawn cracker was serve when asked where is our food, the restaurant was half empty by the way. When the platter came out the stainless plate was stone cold the food in it were either Luke warm or cold !
Came on Sunday for their yumcha. The place wasn't full but they run out of plates, chopsticks tea cups. Trolley came around once only 1 waitress with a tray of fried food that's it nothing else. Ordered some from the menu, 20mins waiting still nothing come out. Food was ok but overpriced service was awful. Sorry not coming back..
