Mikey, thank you for the amazing meal at Aloha show. The catsu and teriyaki fish were both delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.
Today we made the best choice and all of the dishes were fantastic. Mikey's cooking is a delight to taste, eat, and enjoy. Thank you to all of the staff!
This little old place has never failed to produce...has three meals and everyone was simply amazing. can not recommend this place very much. Less than more
I specially tried this establishment due to its glowing reviews, which has usually held me in good stead. I really do appreciate and use the nuances, advice, and inside tips gleaned from reviews. Interior : Third world (without the romance), mismatched furniture/colors, chipped furniture, plastic...cutlery. Dreadful decayed 1970's takeaway shell ponced up with cheap aloha touches. Food: I tried the Huli Huli combo plate with chicken and ribs, sounded delicious. The ribs and chicken were cold, apparently glazed with tangy Huli Huli sauce (insipid slightly sweet tomato sauce flavor) 21 with a coke). Accompanied with a cold macaroni salad, greens and rice. I didn't even try the chicken as I was worried about cooking process, and why it was cold. Disgusting and 95% of the slop was binned. Conclusion: A grubby food outlet, with a kitchen that can turn out cold insipid amateurish food, and has the audacity to charge for said slop. Absolutely devo. NB: I was the only seated cover (lunch) NB: Reality is subjective, hence 26 good reviews (something is fishy)
