Contribuisci feedbackOn a Friday night, my partner and I enjoyed a couple of drinks before heading home. We stumbled upon a restaurant located near Grovely train station, offering both seating and takeaway options. The menu was extensive, with many gluten-free and vegetarian dishes available. We opted for the drunken noodles with chicken for around $15 as a takeaway meal. The portion size was generous enough for two people to share for a satisfying dinner. The flavor of the dish was perfectly balanced, with a nice level of spiciness that did not overpower the taste. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the meal was. Here's to the Local Thai restaurant, where good food reigns supreme.
Spur of the moment visit that turned out to be the best decision. I ordered two main dishes, one being pad Thai. The food arrived quickly and was excellently presented. The pad Thai was exceptional and I will definitely be returning. I have tried pad Thai in many places, including Thailand, but this was the best I have ever had.
Good food. Delicious enough. However still requires a bit of a modernise up to make this a regular place to visit.
The food was delicious and the service was friendly. We ordered about 6 dishes and they were all full of flavor and perfectly spiced. We will definitely be coming back.
The Curries and the Stir Fries were great and the owner took the time to ask the level of spice we liked. The servings were generous and very tasty. Main problem to eat in was the lack of air con on a very warm Brisbane Evening, to the point that it was cooler to eat outside.
