We walked in at 11.30am on a Saturday and was confronted with the most arrogant female ever, no smile, and just didn't want to be there. Was told whilst stepping into the bakery that what you see is all we have. We only wanted a hot drink and a cake. Why did we go there? well, we were passing through. If I knew this was the response, we would have continued driving.
We were travelling to Horsham and stopped in for lunch.
Country bakeries are usually no frill affairsThis is no exceptionThis doesn't make it bad by Amy meansMy pastie was excellent.
The staff at this cafe are welcoming and the establishment is well-maintained, with a cozy area for dining in. There is a wide selection of cakes, pies, and pastries, as well as fresh salad sandwiches and a small variety of hot fried foods. Additionally, the cafe offers delicious in-house burgers, toasted rolls, and sandwiches. Guests can also choose from a diverse range of hot and cold beverages.
