Dunkin' - Arbutus

This is my favorite Dunkin' in the area. I'm a regular here and always place mobile drive-thru orders. They consistently get my order right and make all the necessary modifications, whether it's a sandwich or a coffee. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and my food is always ready on time. Whenever I visit other Dunkin' locations in the Catonsville area, they often miss my modifications, which is frustrating since I'm lactose intolerant, or they end up burning the food. This place always treats my order with care, and I've never been disappointed since they opened. Thank you for always starting my mornings off right!

The food was generally good, but it unfortunately left me with a very upset stomach. There were flies everywhere, including on the donuts. Some guests were trying to alert the staff about the flies on the donuts, but it seemed like the staff ignored them, pretending not to understand. The staff spoke a different language, so I also had difficulty communicating with them.

The service was excellent; I waited no more than four minutes. The server was respectful and polite. I’ll definitely return since I live nearby.

Fast, friendly, accurate. Clean store. They completed a huge, complicated order so quick! Everything you want in a Dunkin.
