Wendy's - Arcadia

Everything was fantastic. I had stopped visiting other Wendy's locations due to long wait times, but this one was different. There were only four cars ahead of me, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The food was quite good. Rating: Food: 4/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

I applied to this restaurant twice, a year apart, and was turned down both times for the most ridiculous reasons. The first time, it was because I was under 18, and the second time, they claimed their computer systems were malfunctioning and assigned me a random date and time for my interview. To top it off, the manager was incredibly rude. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.

The food was quite unremarkable, featuring the same processed meats as many other places. The service, however, was quite good. Food: 3, Service: 4.

I gave this place a 2 because, while it had a nice atmosphere and is very clean, it does not appear food safety is a high priority. We watched an associate walk outside to a waiting car to do a delivery. He then opened the door to the restaurant walked inside, lift his hat, SCRATCHED HIS HEAD, inside the restaurant, put his hat back on and proceeded to rejoin the food prep line. I felt like I wanted to puke. Needless to say, this is our first and last stop here Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
