Kfc - Ardmore

They had no sweet tea, no Sprite or Sierra Mist. The popcorn chicken was mostly just fried batter. The ones that did have chicken inside were nasty looking. Tacos shells were super soggy. The young men working were very nice and the fries were good.

Had taco bell today. Everything was good except for my bean burrito. Beans were too thick and red sauce was thin as water. Employees are nice but need more training.

Mashed potatoes where brown, not white, the gravy was nasty, The chicken looked and tasted like it had been reheated and oil soaked. The only part of the food that was any good was the Cole slaw and biscuits. I was hesitant to return but I did and I should have listened to myself. Last time I will go there. KFC has gone way down hill.

Came in around lunchtime...they had no original chicken....I think they said about 20 min or so before it would be ready...couldnt wait that long.....so I settled for a ok version of xtra crispy....the drive thru lady apologized and said she only had 2 people working today....including herself...soooo....I understand how stressful that job is....working with a shortage of people....anyhow...I am sure that I will be back to give them another try....but It may be awhile.

Random tip of the day: give someone their, spill gravy in the bag. When the call to complai to mngt, put the on hold over five minutes, they give up. Try calling for 15 minutes, still busy from the un answered call. No answer, no complaints; good strategy. Refund of gravy in floor board, not acceptable.
