McDonald's is usually a good place to bet because of their McCafe line and their (relative) fresh beans. I ordered a latte and they sent me to the McCafe counter when she asked me if I wanted coffee with drip coffee or espresso coffee. I specifically said I wanted the espresso coffee and I waited for someone to come and take my order. She took my order and disappeared. I thought they had to set up something because it took so long. When I went to the desk and asked them to tell me to wait a minute. They brought me the standard drip coffee with milk. After waiting for 10 minutes, they tried to let me have a 5 soles drink that we paid 8 soles because they were too lazy to make the damn coffee. At this point I asked for a refund and we expressed our extreme disappointment to the manager. The whole point of McDonald is that you get what you expect to go where you go. This type of bait and switch is unacceptable.
My associate and I arrived at the night on a plane flight and arrived at 9:30 to this McDonalds near our hotel. We didn't want a full meal at that time. I ordered a quarter, it would be okay to have been warmer. They needed a while to prepare. My associate ordered hot tea and a piece of pastries from the McCafe, took them about 15 minutes to prepare this, unacceptable. We had a shock when we wanted to sit down. Place was full of transvetites and comedians who sit with them at this time of night. We sat as far as possible from them. But note what you will find at this time of night at this point.

Well, what can you say, his Mac Donalds lol. Large, clean and freendly service that sells the same old things around the world. Nothing special about this
My mom wanted a proper latte which is not that easy to find in Peru because of the lack of fresh milk. McDonald's is generally a good place to bet on because of their McCafe line and their (relatively) fresh beans. I ordered a latte...and they sent me to the McCafe counter when they asked me if I wanted drip coffee or the espresso machine coffee. I expressly said I wanted the espresso coffee and I waited for someone to come and take my order. She took my order and disappeared. I figured that they needed to set up something because it was taking so long. When I went to the desk and asked they told me to wait another minute.
