Tj's Cafe - Arkville

The restaurant was closed. We were hoping to have lunch there, but the door appeared to be completely barricaded.

Make sure to visit this place! The fish and chips are the best I've ever tasted! We will definitely return!

Great place to stop after a hike. The staff is friendly, they have a great selection of beer on tap, and their barbecue is delicious. I highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich with baked beans and coleslaw (which was amazing), and the cornbread. The prices are fair and it's a tasty treat.

Visited on a calm Sunday. The woman working at the register was extremely kind. We ordered brisket and half a chicken. The brisket was tasty, especially with the homemade BBQ sauce. However, the chicken was a bit dry and overly charred on the outside. It had good flavor, but could have been more moist. The sides of macaroni salad, potato salad, and beans were all excellent. I highly recommend trying the brisket if you visit this restaurant!

One of THE best briskets I've eaten in my life. Just phenomenal! We came a little early so they only had the brisket ready. But we will be back for the ribs.
