After a very well-kept aperitif accompaniment, we had a spicy 2 tomatoes and slightly sweet for the ice, with fresh caps in the entrance, delicious.Following a redt filled with small vegetables, a 36-month county and very good desserts combining taste and texture. I had wanted a restaurant in the area and, given that, very positive reviews of this restaurant, we wanted to try.Having finished our visit earlier than expected, we arrived at noon pile in this pretty place. Unfortunately, the server kindly asked us to come back 15 minutes later because they were not ready yet! Well, as far as I'm concerned, if I had a restaurant, the tables would be priests from 11:45, but good ... and moreover, the village of s germain arlay them, not very interesting unlike Chalon castle. Finally, 15 minutes later, we finally discover this beautiful establishment: very pretty restaurant room, refined and sober and terrace nice even if there were some parasols to satisfy all the guests. However, the small square tables when you are 3, not terrible, so we opt for the menu at 30 € because 1 input/plat and dessert were enough. To begin with, we have a small plate of several rather nice mouths (except the salmon with foie gras that we didn't find super.) then, we get the entrance (skin of mortal and shave net.) beautifully presented, I almost took a photo so that it was pretty. But at the tasting, what disappointment!!! primo, too complicated to eat and especially no flavor, fade ... we couldn't finish our plates! Moreover, it's weird because the waitress didn't even ask us if everything was okay! I think we weren't the first customers not to appreciate this entry. On the other hand, the lamb confit and dessert were tasty. Another negative point is the lack of choice of glass wines. to accompany our menu, we wanted to take a glass of white and a red one. we were offered that wine from the jura and that’s all!!! sorry but the red wine of the jura is not really reputed ... it’s nice to want to make the region work but when we are also close to the village so why not propose it!!! but at 7 € the glass of a kit, it is financially a good operation. However, the glass of champagne is 12.5 € and is very good. In conclusion, I do not know if we will have come back to re-tester.I think the chef has potential, it is undeniable but when he innovates a new recipe, and when he sees plates come back not finished, I think he should question ... because finally, I ate only a dish and dessert for 30 €...In the end, we wish his team well and persist.
A little by chance we arrived in this restaurant. very nice presentation of the plate and good product. the place is also very pleasant. beautiful veranda and pretty terrace. bravo
The frame is perfect, the service is excellent (although still a little rigid) and what is found in the plate is extremely fine and tasteful. The star is probably not far.
Beautiful discovery, we will go back to spend a few days during a stay in the jura; hotel: room and breakfast = perfect. excellent dinner (it is a little weak to express our feeling) . welcome and service = pleasant ,professional ,miling
