The Point Grill - Arlington

Visited this place for the first time last night.. will not be coming back to say the least Lol. The food was ok. The red head waitress is what ruined our experience since was very passive aggressive the WHOLE time and none of our party gave her any reason to act that way. All 4 of us had our own bad experience in our own way. She rung up our tabs wrong and when we asked her kindly to correct it she responds with “what do you want me to do about it”. Uhmmm how about do your job? Go back in the system and re print the dang ticket LOL. must be very difficult? And proceeds to comment on our party saying we were all very rude when she came off very rude and annoyed by us in the very beginning. If you want to earn tips, good customer service and a smile is a great starter! : I understand she was probably the only waitress but the place was dead it was 9pm. If you can’t handle the stress on a Sunday night I’d be worried about a Friday/Saturday. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We tried the restaurant tonight and ended up leaving disappointed. Another party who arrived with us left also. We were both first time customers. No waitress came to our tables for a long time so one of the other party searched for her. She was nice but didn’t come back to take our order. We think she was the only staff person there and perhaps had to handle the numerous bar crowd making it hard to give us service. The menu looked great online so we were disappointed we had to leave and find another restaurant. It looks like The Point has a good draw for people who enjoy the bar and playing pool. It felt more like it catered to a group of regulars and didn’t prioritize dinner guests. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Horrible bartender. rudest lady i’ve genuinely met in some time. I don’t know if something was wrong in her personal life but it was genuinely sad. Decent food, great spot to hangout though! (If the younger bartender with brown hair isn’t there) Price per person: $100+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
