Kfc - Armagh

The £26 bucket meal was awful to the point of being almost inedible. I stripped the bones and gave the chicken to our dogs. Next day one dog was so constipated a trip to the vet was necessary. Was this because of the KFC? Only The Colonel can answer that question. Having complained to KFC I was offered a £10 voucher !!! Never again. I hope my dog's ring piece recovers.

Ordered two Boneless Banquets. Staff member not rude, but certainly unsmiling and unwelcoming. Food arrived fairly quickly. Everything cold apart from my baked beans and my wife's gravy. Cutlery had to be requested, even though we had ordered Spicy Bites which you need cutlery to eat. (They were cold too). Horrible meal. And the air conditioning was turned up to the max! On wuiteca chilly day! It was icy in there! No wonder the food was cold! Only our second visit to a KFC in Northern Ireland the last one (Lisburn) was a disaster too. We won't be returning to Arnagh anytime soon

For about six weeks they didn’t have enough chicken…. Twice I queued up only to be told they weren’t selling the boneless feast meals because there wasn’t enough chicken…. When I even asked for five boneless meals for our family of five I was told I could only order two…. Absolutely crazy and embarrassing for KFC…..

Was in Armagh KFC tonight with my daughter and my two special needs grandsons and the abuse we got from the manager who I have since found out is named Paul was absolutely horrendous, we ordered our meal and sat down at a table and this man came flying out from the kitchen screaming at us that we could not sit in as they wanted the place cleared and cleaned for 9pm ,when I questioned what time it was he said 8.35pm and that it had been his policy for the 5 years he had been there to not let anyone be on premises after 8.30pm ,he absolutely terrified my two autistic grandsons plus there were two other girls sitting at a table beside us who were also upset ,when I question was this his own rules or company policy he just kept shouting at us to get out so we had to take our food of the plates try and get it all back into the bags and take it outside in the cold ,when I gathered my wits I went back inside to request his name and position he aggressively told me me he didn't have to tell me and stormed of into the kitchen again ,this man needs to be made accountable for his actions ,he was in that bad of a temper his face was purple and spit was flying from his mouth ,what was meant to be an enjoyable experience for my two grandson turned out a terrifying experience and we have been left trying to calm them down

We were looking the 1bucket off chicken again put u have to ask make sure it’s mixed with thighs and legs . Well last night again only legs again we drive out not b back a joker
