Mod Pizza - Arnold

This place is so cool. You actually tell them everything you want on your pie as you go down the counter. So good!!

Wow, first time in and very impressed. Restaurant was super clean. Employees were friendly and helpful explaining how to order and app set up for rewards. Pizza, salad and no name cake — VERY GOOD! We will be back.

The customer service SUCKS. The guy who was helping us actually wasn’t bad at all! He was nice. But the girl working there at the time had such an attitude. I get it, customer service sucks, but rolling your eyes at customers isn’t an attractive quality of a worker. Blatantly ignoring a customer while they’re waiting to check out until another staff member comes out from the back is even worse. I wish the customer service was as good as the food.

Our family always has a great experience when we go to this MOD location. Everyone is very friendly and attentive to service.

The food at mod and the selection of topping are amazing. They can forget to put your salad dressing in the salad if you get it to-go, so just double check your bag before you leave. Had to do that a few times.
