Subway - Arnold

We often dine at this restaurant, but our experience last night was disappointing. We arrived at 7 PM, and the sign indicated they were open until 9 PM. However, when we opened the door, there was no notice saying they had closed early. Two staff members were inside, but one of them crashed into the floor near the door and didn’t manage to let us know they had closed early. It felt quite rude.

We usually eat here. I visited the restaurant to place an order, and the staff behind the counter appeared quiet and somewhat irritated. I greeted them with a smile and asked how they were doing, but I received a lackluster response from one of the girls, who frowned the whole time. On the other hand, the guy at the register was friendly and upbeat. However, the overall atmosphere was affected by the girl’s negative demeanor, which was unwelcoming. Additionally, my sandwich came out a bit soggy. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

I usually take the subway to get here. Most subways are quite similar, but this one stands out because the staff, especially the younger crew, pay attention and rarely make mistakes. The place is clean, and I appreciate that I don’t have to deal with any issues. The staff is friendly and clearly knows what they’re doing, which makes me want to return when I need a quick sandwich. Additionally, they don’t close early or randomly like some other nearby subways do.
