Completely impersonal service. Like robots that set food on counter and run away so they don't have to help you. On multiple visits we watch customer after customer go up to get food and then have to get someone's attention to fix a problem or supply the drink cup they forgot to set out. One guy making food can see you standing there but does his best to not notice you standing at the counter. If you try to get their attention they don't hear you. I used to go to taco bell a lot. Especially when they had mexican pizza. They recently came back with the Mexican pizza. So I got one to eat. I was so disappointed. It had a bitter undertone in the flavor. It was not the same good tasting Mex. Pizza. Whatever they changed needs to be replaced with how it was before, Please.

We go out of our way to go to this particular location… always good food and service.

Dirty dirty dirty. Bathrooms and lobby. Rude customer service and mediocre food at best for a fast food chain. Taco Bell as gone down the drain.

Ordered on the app didnt get the order was told to go to the order and do a refund there is no such option when making the ticket it says page doesnt exist after i went and filled in everything definitely never coming back
