Contribuisci feedbackThis is the second time that something has been left out of my order. The last time I ordered chips and guacamole and they left out the guacamole. This time I ordered the 12 Taco Family Bundle which includes 5 churros and the churros were left out. This is after I specifically ask the person that gave me my food if the churros were in the bag and she said ?yes?. I tried calling them to let them know but no-one picked up the phone even after I called several times. They seal the bags do you can?t check it until you get home so you expect that they will double check it before they give it to you but obviously they don?t. So disappointed.
This place is notorious to deliver in a reasonable time. Today is one of these days. I waited 20 minutes and no delivery yet. I called twice without answer. I had my dog so I couldn't walk in. I went through the ride where I was told that they just completed my order. I placed my order 20 minutes before pickup time. That means they needed 40 minutes to complete my order? I find it hard to believe. The drinks were also wrong! This can be my last visit to this place and possibly this chain quite good.
I didn't take any photos, but I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. The staff was friendly, which was nice, but the food presentation was very disappointing. I spent over $50 on a meal that was poorly packed. I received a large tray with 16 pieces of chicken, which was the most difficult item to manage. Additionally, I had three containers for sides and salsas, and my burrito ended up on the floor for some reason. By the time I got home, the chicken had tipped over in the bag. The burrito was soaked in bean juice. My son even remarked, "See, Mom? Chick-fil-A would have been a better choice; this mess wouldn't have happened!"
Terrible service and management—if I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an online order, and they mixed up my a la carte chicken breast with one of my meals. The chicken was burned and mostly bones; it was small and unappetizing. I also called ahead to request salsa, avocado, and an extra bag, but they forgot to include them. Fortunately, I checked before the girl left for curbside service. I tried calling eight times, but no one answered. When I finally reached a young female manager, she didn’t apologize or offer any assistance, only stating that I could come in to exchange the chicken. I don’t live in the area; I was just stopping there on my way to another job. This is the worst service I’ve ever encountered, and the customer service from the manager was incredibly disappointing. When I asked when the General Manager would be in, she said she didn’t know.
I was enjoying my quesadilla and then this popped out ? I tried calling and no answer. This Is very disgusting ? I couldn?t even go back because I was already at work
