My experience tonight started out bad. I placed an online order for pickup. The app stated my order was ready, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told there was no order for me. The employee, James advised I check my account to see if the charge went thru as this happened with another customer he said and he was refunded. I checked my account count and the charge was there. James asked me what I ordered and started on it. 15 minutes later I had the pizza I ordered. Thank you James for the quick response and recovery.
