Contribuisci feedbackA wave of nostalgia! Only an unrealistic collection of video games/pinball and unique rare games. All in excellent condition, this place takes care... everyone complaining about a few of order games has no idea what it takes to keep an arcade of this caliber. Super grateful it is not one of those “Arcades” that only win in gambling style ticket games to win cheap novelty prizes. This place is for those who grew up with so many of these games, and also the younger generations! Everyone will have fun. Our group took a whole day pass for $20 anyone who was really smart because it allowed you to go and on the boardwalk, so you can come and go as you please. Totally worth it!
Right on the promenade. So many great unique games from the 50s to 2000s. Pay to board and the games are free. If you like pinball, you have to come here. Pizza is not bad either. No kidding.
The Silverball Museum in Asbury Park is a major example of what a retro-pinball and video game “museum” should be. Everything is playable, well maintained and loved with facts and high score charts for almost any game and pin. You pay based on the time you plan to spend within, so it is free game based on your game style. Food and drink are present and it is clean and people work there are friendly. You really couldn't ask anymore!
This retro pinball and video game arcade more than lived up to the hype! Heard about this Asbury Park Boardwalk staple thanks to tellemstevedave.com. Walt, Bry and Frank 's new video podcast for Patreon Bro-Side Attractions brought them here to explore some of Silverball 's gems such as Gottlieb 's Charlie 's Angels Pinball Machine and Bally 's Elton John Capt. fantastic Pinball Game. My favorite of the lot was the 1996, Bally 's Elvira 's Scared Siff machine which was first presented at the AMOA show in Dallas, with Cassandra Peterson present in her Elvira identity to promote the game.(wiki). I would recommend this to any self respecting TESD Ant who wants to make their NJ pilgrimage to Jay and Silent-Bob 's Secret Stash in Red Bank, NJ and of course to the new TESD town studios in Hazlet NJ.
Got a half day pass which was super affordable and so worth it. Took a short break to get a drink next door and came back to play some more games. Their machines are in such good shape and well taken care of. The staff is so nice and friendly. Really fun historical placards above many of the pinball machines give you some fun information about the machines. Classic video games were available as well like Pac-Man, frogger, and Pong…also a personal favorite of mine skeeball!
