Lenny's Sub Shop - Asheville

I had a disappointing experience during my last visit. They prepared my sandwich with wilted, brown lettuce, which I didn’t notice until I got home. It was quite unappetizing, and I ended up throwing the sandwich away.

I placed a order for 2 sandwiches they were made wrong and super messy very disappointed in the trip to lennys

It was ok. The best part was the bread which was soft. I got a Philly cheese steak and an Italian. Both were just ok. Nothing too special. I'm still searching for a really cook sub.

The meat was very salty. Even salitier than the bag of salt and vinegar chips. And the meat were chopped up really small, more like pulled, chopped barbecue pork.

Came here for the second time and almost a year customer service was trash didn’t even offer to explain how things are done my first visit was just for cookies so I didn’t know how they worked with the food and subs the lady only asked if I wanted cheese and meat never said anything about toppings mind you I didn’t know they put the toppings on in the back or ring them up when you order cause she never said anything about toppings I assumed the toppings go on at the end until I decided to ask the guy talked to me as if I was a regular in their store I was supposed to already told her he said it as if he was annoyed with me wanting toppings the girl who made it seem like she was bothered by me wanting toppings as if she even asked or mentioned it to me in the beginning while taking my order long story short customer service there sucks and if u are truly unhappy with your job find another one
