Mcdonald's - Ashland

This McDonald's has terrible service. No matter what, if you ask for sauce, even if you specifically order extra sauce, 90% of the time they do not give it to you. You get home, check the bag, and there is no sauce. When you bring it up with the staff, they just tell you it's McDonald's and you should have checked the bag yourself.

Why? Why can't you get a simple coffee order right? Not even a regular coffee, she just can't seem to make it correctly. I could cry. This morning, I asked for 2 caramel ice creams and 1 sugar-free French vanilla latte, and she charged me for 2 lattes and never used my reward points. It's like this every morning - she's always arguing about the ice cream.

This restaurant always runs out of ice and most of the employees do not properly fulfill the deals they offer. The manager is extremely rude and impatient when it comes to serving customers, treating them as if they are inconveniencing him. Instead of appreciating their business, it seems like he feels they owe him something.

Not really sure how iced Frappuccino sounds like black hot coffee with whipped cream but apparently it does at this place but what makes it even more annoying is the fact that it was priced like Starbucks and not to mention the extremely rude server who seems mad to be taking the order in the first place.

That was a great job done from the employees at the drive true.Fast warm meal...smiling?Thank you guys. My kids was very happy.
