Cousins Subs - Ashwaubenon

Update 8/19/23 Went through the drive through. Ordered two cheese steak subs, one with a large fries and one with chips. I then decided to ask for two bags of chips. I get up to the window and she tells me she charged me for two large fries when trying to add another bag of cupid and asked me if I wanted both of them. She told me she couldn't delete the second order of fries. I then asked her if I paid for the second order of large fries and she told me that I did. I then asked her why I wouldn't take them if she had charged me for them. She then replied that she would give them to me and apologized for the mix up. I don't really like fries, but I guess that was put on my lunch order today. Well, I tried to eat them, but they were awful and they had to be discarded. They were very soggy and not fresh. Very disappointed in the service and the quality of the food. Where is the quality control? Update: 11/20/22 The most expensive regular soda around. Over $12 for a sub, soda, and chips. Was the only one in the drive thru and still had to wait 9 minutes to get my food. And, of course, there are no napkins in the bag when the oil is already leaking through. Also, their prices are just as bad as Jimmy John's. Over $10 for a half sub chips, and a small drink. That is out of control. And yes, cousins is my favorite sub place.

The food tasted funny and the inside smelt funny. The floors looked like they haven t been moped in a very long time. I will never go back to this Cousins sorry
