Due to the COVID situation, they are not as busy as usual, but the staff are still efficient and quick. Everything is very clean and sanitary - the utensils and plates are wrapped in plastic. The restaurant can seat up to 50 people and while they do not have an outdoor dining area, the indoor deck is spacious and well-ventilated.
The best taste of the filipino fusion kitchen. the star dishes like the sizzling sinigang and the garnel. their deserts are also surprisingly heavenly with a high note of French techniques introduced into the philippine nature of the restaurant. overall this restaurant is for every buck. every taste of the palate is highlighted and really brings a gastronomic adventure in a session.
The dining experience was fantastic. The Chorizo-Omurice was one of the most delicious dishes I have ever tasted.
This was my first time trying the desserts at this restaurant and they were just as delicious as their other dishes. My personal favorite was the sorbet sandwich with cheese-flavored ice cream. It was truly out of this world! I also tried the bravest dessert on the menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. While the prices are on the higher side, the taste and experience are definitely worth it.
The restaurant has very contemporary and beautiful decor. The dishes were all rustic yet beautifully presented. The gabi chips with the garlic aioli were great. The Ensalado ni Andres was a good okra tempura salad dish catered to vegans. The sizzling sinagang first came very salty. After talking to the waiter, he brought us back one that was a little less. The meat was really soft but the sauce was too intense for us even with rice. The portion of the lechon dish could be bigger. It was definitely a good place for a romantic dinner.
