Matsuhisa Aspen- Upstairs

I started off with a delicious mushroom soup, which was fantastic. For my second dish, I had a wild mushroom sauté, followed by rock shrimp for the third. The fourth dish was sea urchin tempura, and the fifth was octopus. I wrapped up the meal with some homemade green tea ice cream. My favorites out of the six dishes were definitely the mushroom soup and the green tea ice cream, while I wasn't a fan of the tempura sea urchin.

Awesome food..very pricey but worth every penny!! Its a dining and palate experience I will never forget when visiting Aspen!!

We visit Matsuhisa Aspen every summer, and it never fails to impress. The food is simply the best in the area, and the service is outstanding. The cod lettuce wraps are absolutely incredible—definitely not to be missed!
