Rustique Bistro - ASPEN

Too bad this restaurant is closed. It was a great meal... very good pace and fantastic food. They served a Pinot Noir wine that was excellent.

I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant last night and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for a celebration. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the steak, which was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. After dinner, we went to a concert at the restaurant's live music venue. The music was great and really added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for both special occasions and casual dining. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I can only say that this restaurant has really gone downhill. I ordered a Basil Caesar salad with steak, but there was no basil in it and it tasted like a standard Caesar salad you would find at a casual pizza place. When I asked for basil, I was told they had none. The steak was only about 2 or 3 ounces and not very good quality. I also ordered a side of grilled asparagus, but it was inedible and not actually grilled. It was drenched in cheap oil that tasted burnt, similar to the oil used for fried chicken. The bread was stale and hard like a rock. Overall, the prices were way too high for the disappointing quality of the food. Very disappointing experience.

Wonderful local restaurant. Sadly, owner is closing in April. A bit pricey but definitely worth treating yourself. Visit before they close their doors!

We had a wonderful dinner- our waiter helped us keep a 4 year old happy with menu choices, and everyone had a delicious dinner. We have always enjoyed dining at Rustique and we will miss it- the staff and the food.
