Papa John's Pizza - Athens

I waited an entire hour for my delivery, only to find out that they decided not to deliver at all.

In my view, the prices are too high for just pizza. Other than that, everything is fine, except for the large rats near the dumpster at night. On a positive note, the staff is excellent; they are always polite, friendly, and hardworking.

The last time I visited (which I try to limit), a staff member at the front told me my order was being prepared. After waiting an additional twenty minutes, she approached the pizza-making team to ask them to restart my order because she had given my pizza to a coworker who was leaving at the end of their shift—even though I was right there waiting for it. This kind of experience seems to be typical here. If you’re willing to wait an hour for your order and all the nearby restaurants are already closed for the night, this place might work for you.

I'm bad with names so forgive me! I was having the worse pain imaginable!! So I went to St. Mary's hospital for treatment twice! On the first trip I felt a little better so the staff in the E.R I felt needed some type of reward I only had 60.00 bucks. So Iwent to pa pa John's and the manager helped me out tremendously!! They delivered the pizza's I was able to put inside the box amessage. Nevertheless I just wanted to thank both the hospital and the pa pa John's staff for the best service you can get! No one here is paying attention. I walked in the door, the door bell went off, and the dude at the counter still had his back to the door chillin against the counter. No one else acknowledged me either. Guy sitting on his phone sitting up on the counterentire time waiting. Then after waiting 20 mins they tell me they have to remake the order. Had to let the order go bc I?m notmaking money while waiting on them to get their life together.
