Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a tuna sandwich today, and while I was eating, I found gum in my food. I tried calling the restaurant repeatedly, but got no answer. I also contacted the company, but they directed me to their website to get in touch. I need someone to assist me. Please send me an email.
I wish I had read the complaints before visiting this restaurant. The person preparing my wrap seemed distracted and was quite slow, as if he wasn't sure about the next steps, even though I had already placed my order with him. Additionally, there was another customer who came in for cookies and convinced the staff member to take a break from making my wrap to ring up a few cookie orders. By the time my wrap was finished, it wasn’t even cut all the way through, making it difficult to eat what should have been an Italian sandwich burrito, especially with a huge tear on one side.
I ordered online through the app, but it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the restaurant twice, but they were unable to assist me, and I had to resolve the issue through the website. However, there was no option on the website to contest the order, and the restaurant refused to help.
Worst brot I ever had. the young man who works there said it was fresh when he made my sandwich. so stale and krusty I couldn't eat the sandwich
BEWARE NO ONE WILL HELP YOU IF THEY DELIVER YOUR ORDER TO THE WRONG PERSON!!We placed an order on subway.com not knowing they use door dash. Door dash delivered our order to the wrong person AND now no one is responsible because we used subway to order not door dash so neither one will refund our money. Would it hurt either one to use customer service and just help?? The Subway person on the phone only wanted to argue LOUDLY
