Great American Cookies

I ordered a 16x24 birthday cake 9 days in advance and got there the day of pickup to find out that the cake was a smaller cake they made and not the one I ordered. They could have called and explained to me what happened, but instead Nick wanted to act like he just found out the size was wrong. He couldn't provide me with a refund for the difference because he told me the manager would have to do that and he promised I would receive a call to get it taken care of. Here we are 1 week later and I haven't heard from anyone. They will never get my business again. Poor customer service! ????

I boughta 6 count of cookies yesterday and every single one of them was raw. I will not be back. The price is way too high for me to have ended up with cookie dough instead of cookies.

This place is absolutely amazing, it’s one of my husband’s favorite places to get delicious treats!! He doesn’t have a major sweet tooth like me, so that says a lot!! The workers here are always so nice and the cookies are phenomenal!! ?? ?

I ordered a cookie cake here for my birthday and it was exactly what i asked for. Staff was friendly. Cookie cake was delicious.
