Dunkin' - Athol

I'm updating my review since I've visited this location several more times since my original feedback. The staff appear to have improved significantly in terms of order accuracy. They are also very friendly and quite efficient at the drive-thru. The service is much better than it was just six months ago.

They get my order wrong about half the time. When it's correct, the food is good, but when it's not, it can be quite frustrating.

This is the best Dunkin's I've been to. Never mess up my order and they are always nice, unlike other stores. I go out of my way to go here when I can.

The food is what you'd expect from a typical fast food place—there's not much to elaborate on there. However, the service is consistently exceptional and very friendly. Whenever my wife and I go, we often see familiar faces among the staff, and they are always fun, approachable, and quick with our orders. That said, a few employees could improve their customer interactions with a more positive attitude (just a bit of humor intended!). As for the atmosphere, we mainly use the drive-thru, which is situated in a gas station, so it’s pretty standard. Overall, it is what it is.

No one does it better than they do! There are five Dunkin' Donuts locations between my house and work, and this one is by far the best.
