Baja Fresh - Atlanta

The experience was quite disappointing. The food lacked flavor, with the only exception being the tortilla chips. We didn't even attempt to eat much of it. Everything tasted like it wasn’t freshly prepared. The staff appeared disinterested and preoccupied. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

I had a truly terrible experience during my visit. The place was dirty, and I only noticed the same three employees wandering around without engaging with customers. Not once did anyone ask if I needed assistance. I overheard them discussing customers and mentioning that they weren't keeping up with records because they were too busy. When someone called, they stated that they weren't taking phone orders at that time. The only other person I saw was a supplier who arrived for a delivery and began organizing orders. I will definitely not be returning here. I love Baja Fresh, but this was my first experience in Atlanta, and it was disappointing. Never again!

Eating was not so great. it lacked taste. even the salsa was bland. they were made of garnel and pork. this position was not particularly clean and there were boxes stored in the es pane. I'd go to dinner. please press as if they found this review helpful!

Cozy location for lunch in the middle of our aquaria visit. it was nice to get away from the truppet and have an additional food variety. more seats in the upper floor to spread out!

I was disappointed to find that they were out of shrimp. Additionally, I noticed that one of the staff members was handling food without wearing gloves. The cashier also went to the back to prepare food without washing her hands after handling money. Overall, it seems that there are not many sanitary practices being observed at this location.
