Baja Fresh Mexican Grill - Atlanta

The food was average, but it felt overpriced for what we got. While the service was quick and polite, it lacked warmth. The temperature downstairs was uncomfortably hot, but thankfully, it was much cooler upstairs. Having grown up in Texas, I have a strong appreciation for good Mexican cuisine, but this restaurant didn’t meet my expectations. I won’t be coming back.

Food was not that great. It lacked flavor... Even the salsa was bland. They were out of shrimp and pork carnitas. This location wasn't especially clean and there were boxes stored in the dining area. I would skip having a meal here... Please press like if you found this review helpful!

I was horrified when I got there. It was filthy and I kept seeing the same 3 employees just walking around. No one asked if I needed help. I can over hear them talking to each other about customers and how they better not have big orders because they don 't have time for all that today! Someone called on the phone and they were told that no phone orders were being taken at the time. The only one I seen actually working was the delivery guy that came in after a delivery and started getting orders together. Never again will I go here. I use to love Baja fresh but then again this is the first time I came to the one in Atlanta. Never again!!

The food was not great at all. Tasteless except for the tortilla chips. We didn?t even try to keep eating the food. It was not cooked fresh at all. The workers act like you being there is bothering them. I would not recommend this restaurant period.

Store was closed. I was there just after 4, and it was supposed to be open until 5. I had made a special trip there because I had a birthday coupon, and it was the only day I could get there since I live quite a ways away. Very disappointed because I usually love Baja Fresh.
