Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Atlanta

We always enjoy the milkshakes here, but recently they've been disappointing. They come out too thin and taste more like milk than anything else, even when we order them extra thick, which costs more. Is this just a way for the restaurant to cut costs?

After having dinner at our neighbor Chili's, my partner and I decided to take the kids out for some ice cream. We found ourselves in a very long line when an employee advised us that we could order from the side. A staff member named "Parth" then approached us and asked why we were in line. We explained that we were directed to come to the side by the other employee. Instead of understanding, he told us we had to return to the back of the line, which made us uncomfortable since we would have been cutting ahead of people who were not aware of our situation. Naturally, I voiced my frustration, and he reluctantly agreed to serve us, but made us feel quite bad about it. I would never visit this place again due to the rude staff and my overall dissatisfaction.

I've visited other franchises across the city, but this one stands out in a special way. The staff was extremely friendly, and they offer a fantastic variety of milk flavors. I will definitely be returning!

This place offers fantastic flavors, generous sundaes, and tasty toppings – a definite winner! I tried the turtle sundae, and they certainly didn’t hold back; it was massive and absolutely delicious. The staff taking orders were both friendly and efficient. There’s nothing better on a hot night in Atlanta!
