Caribou Coffee - Atlanta

As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I've encountered far more bad coffee than good over the years, but Caribou Coffee stands out as one of the best. The service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to help me understand the different types of coffee they offered. Great job, team!

There's a reason Caribou Coffee has such a loyal fan base – their coffee is excellent and can satisfy even my most discerning coffee-loving friends. The staff is fantastic, and we had no issues finding a place to sit, as there are tables just about 20 feet away from the counter.

I understand that you are teaching new employees but you need to also teach them NOT to argue with paying customers, 30 minutes in the drive thru with the girl arguing with me about how to redeem on my app then wants to throw her hands up and walk away while we are speaking? I?m not new here I come all the time and have never had someone be so rude and exasperated be so rude over coffee! All of that and my drink is wrong.

Great coffee, but they are closed on Sat and Sunday even during a very large convention in town..
