Chick-fil-a - Atlanta

The food was cold and lacked freshness. They forgot to include my fries, and when I finally received them, they were excessively salty. I would recommend trying other Chick-fil-A locations nearby instead. This particular restaurant needs to improve.

The cashier was very friendly and attentive. The chicken nuggets were tasty, but the deluxe chicken sandwich was disappointing. One side was breaded while the other appeared to be grilled, leading me to believe it was cooked differently at first glance. Additionally, the chicken was a bit soggy.

The person who took my order was completely inattentive and got it wrong multiple times. I have to follow a gluten-free diet for medical reasons, yet the sandwich they provided had a gluten-free bun that was frozen solid. They even admitted it was still frozen when they handed it to me—why would you serve food that can’t even be eaten? When I refused the frozen sandwich, they offered me a regular bun, which I can’t eat either. I then requested a refund, but they said I needed a receipt to process it. The issue is, they never gave me a receipt in the first place. All of this chaos happened while I was in the drive-thru line. This place is a complete disaster—definitely avoid it.

This place had a terrible pickup procedure. If the point is to order ahead to save time or order delivery, why does this restaurant, and many others in Atlanta area, prepare the order then just let it sit behind the counter without even announcing the order is done? All this after clearly seeing people who ordered online as well as drivers are waiting in the pick up section? I was looking at my order sit on the counter for a whole 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged it was ready. From my experience the chick fil a customer service brand is a flat out lie and I have 0 expectations that chick fil a is going to be prompt, courteous or attentive in the Atlanta area. I 've been to this restaurant countless times over the past 5 years and seen the same people and they still treat me like I 'm a random hobo. And thestaff, including the managers-in-training , are only professional when their superiors visit. These things can be said about many chick fil a restaurants everywhere I go. If people did not request chik fil a I would never go

The chicken was dry and flaky, which is weird from Chick fil A because they are known for them being soft and tender. I don't know what it was that day, not good. (Both #1 and the new feature sandwich)
