Chipotle Mexican Grill - Atlanta

The customer service was friendly, but I have to say that the food didn’t agree with me. I ordered the new steak rice bowl with guacamole on the side and some stale chips, and I ended up feeling pretty terrible afterward. I barely touched the steak shell, so I'm quite sure it didn’t help. Overall, I spent $19 on what I hoped would be decent guacamole and steak, but it just wasn’t worth it. I don’t think I’ll be visiting Chipotle again anytime soon.

This is definitely one of the best Chipotles I've been to. I often visit locations in different areas, and they've generally been declining in quality. However, this visit reminded me of why I like this place. The food was great, and the service was excellent. It’s a nice little spot with plenty of parking and a cozy outdoor seating area. When I’m back in the area, I’ll definitely stop by again.

The portion sizes at this Chipotle location are quite disappointing. I barely received any food; in fact, the person ahead of me had to ask for extra toppings five times, and even then, they were only given a small amount from a completely empty container while a full one was left untouched. The employee serving me gave me just a tiny spoonful of rice and sofritas, and she hesitated to serve it until she checked with another staff member to see if it was enough. Honestly, for the price I paid, the portion was hardly worth it. I left still feeling hungry and ended up having to go to another place to eat.

Went to this chipotle because it had the best reviews in the opposite. they gave me my whole order, so I had to come all the way back to get the order. they offered nothing to fix it. they seem very overworked and this is more a review of the company than a whole, as the customer service is very bad.

I am a fan of Chipotle. The staff here was friendly and professional. Overall the food was good. The issue is the chips were stale. I would still recommend them, but be aware of this.
