Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a pizza, pasta, and bread bites. The app indicated that my order was delivered, so I waited on my patio for the Domino's delivery car, but it never arrived. I called the store twice, but I was hung up on after the employee mentioned they were only doing carryout. I just wanted to check on the status of my order.
I haven't been a huge fan of Domino's Pizza for some time, but I have to say that the pizza I had from here was delicious, even after the drive home.
Amazing pizza the service is so good. As soon as we walked in the door, you are Greeted. We ordered our food was even paid for by the DM. I was astonished very grateful. Be kind to everyone blessings come your way.
Called to double check on my order that they said would be 30 mins that ended up being an hour late. When I asked the female worker if they received the telephone number that I gave for updates she immediately got an attitude stating that the number I was calling from wasn’t the same number that I put on the order. I don’t understand what difference that made but then she starts communicating with the manager about what I’m saying and he yells in the background “IM ONLY ONE PERSON WHAT DO THEY WANT ME TO DO!”. The lady hands him the phone and starts going off and cursing in the background. From that point I tell them I’m calling corporate because they were acting trashy af and unprofessional. I have never been talked to or treated like that. How are customers supposed to know that y’all are under staffed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER BE BACK!! The pizza was getting delivered to a school for my daughters 5th birthday and needed to be there during a certain time. Getting an attitude because I’m asking questions is insane and unstable. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!
I placed my delivery order at 2:05. It’s now 3:03. The app says my order is being quality checked, which is the same thing it said 20+ minutes ago.I tried to report an issue through the app. It wouldn’t let me report anything until my food arrived, which is why I came here.The last time this happened, my food arrived after about 75 minutes and was stone cold.I feel like I have realistic expectations for Dominos’s. It’s cheap. But if it’s going to take more than an hour for delivery they should tell me in advance, they should let me report issues in the app, and they should wait to prepare the order until someone’s available to deliver it so it doesn’t sit around.Edit: It's now 3:26. I've been on hold on the phone for 8+ minutes. I have no idea if I'm ever getting my order.
