Contribuisci feedbackI ordered pizza yesterday when i opened the box the pizza was full of sauce as if somebody had just thrown the sauce over the pizza and even the pizza crust was full of dough. Their was no taste . I had asked to put chicken in filling but rarely found any. All went waste my wife really wanted to have it but nobody ate. Very bad experience. Money and time wasted. Don?t order from them. They listed my order as delivered but didn?t deliver. Mistakes happen, but you can?t get in touch with anyone to get another one on the way or just get a refund. The phone number they give you is a corporate number that puts you on hold for forever while playing ?hold music.? There?s also no way to get in touch with the driver like on other apps. I?m left having to dispute charge with my bank.
It?s Dominos and not a Michelin rated restaurant, so your expectations must match the place. For a Dominos- this location is a top tier one. My food has always come out correct. I?ve done delivery a few times and while it takes longer than carry-out, I?m cool with it. Keep up the great work!
Literally the absolute worst dominos and employees on the planet!!!!! They can’t read and LIED about our address wrong, LIED about speaking to me, LIED about charges and double charged us! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!!!!!
On January 2nd, I placed an order online and opted to pay in cash. Since I live on a university campus, the website allowed me to input the building instead of the exact address. For some reason, this sent the delivery driver, Austin, to the wrong place, and he became very agitated and unprofessional. Austin continued to argue with me once he arrived to the correct place, but I insisted that the issue was not on my end. This culminated with Austin snatching my cash $26 including tip), and then he drove off without giving me the pizza. He never exited his car, and was very rude throughout the entire interaction. Now, over a week later, the situation has not been solved because the store manager is rarely there when I call. I tried to contact corporate, but they said that the franchisee would have to contact me. I have not heard back from anyone about getting a refund or any kind of repercussions for the THIEF delivery driver.
