Contribuisci feedbackToday I went to this place expected as I usually order; instead I was closed with a?we?re?, although it was 1pm exactly. Each Einstein Bros location closes at 2:00. It was very unprofessional. From what I read in the review, this is not brand new news. Either it should be addressed. I went to another place and they were open, treated me with great customer service and they gave me a free pastry.
I bought three bagels a jalapeno choddar that I had to put on to roasted and light butter, it was okay not the best of five stars I would have given it two, I also bought as Shigo cheese bagels, which I only saw in slices and in a bag saw that the work was great, but like the two dark bagels the life I've ever seen The young lady and the window have the best mood I've experienced in a very long time and it's the only reason I left a tip.
The manager is wonderful and friendly. Bagels are of course wonderful, just a great atmosphere. Looks like they have a great team here.
Delivers consistent product in line with expectations of a franchise. Not the best bagels but better than other fast food chains. I frequent this location on a regular basis and my biggest complaint for the Howell Mill location is how chintzy they are with the shmear. For $1.69, I expect to get more than just a tablespoon or so of cream cheese. It can?t be a big overhead cost for you, so put some more cream cheese on the bagel! If y?all have ever been to Brooklyn, you know what I mean.
The manager there is terrible! I placed an order and the manager took my order through the drive-through and she automatically upped charge me for a sandwich that I did not ask for. I couldn?t understand why the total was different it just the taxes didn?t make sense for it to be the suggested amount so I called the store after I figured out that she gave me additional items on my sandwich that I didn?t ask for. When I called I didn?t know she was a manager and she picked up. I wasn?t even trying to get the girl in trouble I just thought it was important for them to understand that they shouldn?t be up charging customers For things that they do not want given the circumstances with the economy right now. She was rude she cut me off several times and she didn?t listen to anything she just had an attitude. That lady should not be a manager of the store may be a regular employee and to be honest her conduct is so terrible I wouldn?t even hire as a employee. In fact the employee that answered the phone for me was more polite than she was. Even when she took my order in the drive-through she was rude and condescending but I tried to ignore it.
