Garden Deli - Atlanta

I have been coming to Garden Deli for lunch every day that I work from home. While it typically looks pretty busy around lunchtime, the wonderful people working behind the counter and at the checkout register always get orders ready and ring up quickly, so I'm usually in and out in five or ten minutes. I have yet to try the breakfast, but the wraps and salads are always fresh. My favorite thing to order is a Soho wrap with chipotle ranch (instead of fat free regular ranch). Great place to come down for a lunch break if you're looking for a quick to-go bite.

Two stars because the customer service was okay. I was hoping I liked this place because it's within close proximity of my home. Ingredients were warm, onions chopped way too large, and somehow lacked the fresh flavor you look for in a fresh salad. Flavor of salad dressing was not present. I was initially going add salmon to the salad but the salmon was cold. They offered to reheat in the microwave... not for me. They do offer other things, like subs. I would not return for a salad. The salad was $10.

The sandwich that I got was Central Park. It was a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions and honey mustard on my choice of bread. I chose the multi-grain and I was able to add my choice of cheese. My choice was Swiss. The sandwich was extremely fresh. It was a very good size and it was filling. The staff was quite pleasant. I really enjoyed my sandwich. The price was reasonable.
