I have visited the past year in highland bakery and I really enjoy this room. I typically get my fauns for bf like the rührei, kartoffeln, pfannkuchen, eiskaffee, etc. I always enjoy watching it out to ppl and enjoy them my friends. it feels comfortable and free. the last time I visited was for valentines and the beautiful ppl of the highland bakery were just so sweet, they gave me and my friends a beautiful Valentine's brew. I recommend this space to any new or old in the highland area of atl.
We ordered the full French toast, the blueberry muffin, the white mocha and a very radiant smoothie. The French toast, the blueberry muffin and smoothie were good. The white mocha has no taste at all. The older lady with reddish hair (I assume that the manager or owner) was very fluent because something in the computer system was incorrect and her communication skills (with customers and other employees) need a lot of help. The younger girl was very quiet and helpful. Cook was very fast!
It used to be a pretty good neighborhood breakfast place, now it's pretty bad. Warmed, gummy breakfast food, stale bakery items, wobbly outdoor tables on the parking lot, plastic cutlery. Overall bad experience. It is very to say that the franchises of this place close the whole city. Apparently the property has abandoned.... Stay away.
My and wife and I have dined at Highland Bakery for years. However, this was our first time at the Buckhead location. The BLT is the absolute best I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly and patient. Buckhead is a must try!!!
