Contribuisci feedbackThe people that work there are unprofessional and dishonest. When you order on DoorDash, they do not give you an option to add extra dressing. Even when made aware, they still have not changed it on the platform. It’s happened literally five times where I asked them to add extra dressing. I told him that even if they need to up charge me or charge me more for it, that is totally fine. They literally lie and say that they added it to the bag and then they actually didn’t when I receive it. What do they gain from lying, I don’t know. But I’ve been to different McAllister’s where you can request extra dressing so I don’t know what the problem is. They clearly don’t know their policy because they’ll also tell me conflicting information that they can’t do it, then, the next person says they can’t do it at all, even the manager is off. Then they told me to order on the website and that also did not have an option to add on additional dressing. They make it a huge hassle and inconvenience for themselves and others when it doesn’t need to be and have been dishonest over something so simple and I’ve given multiple chances. I really don’t want to order there anymore if I can’t get what I paid for. The manager never apologized to me after I called about their customer service, nor did he ever offer any discount for the hassle. Serious training needs to happen here before they get in trouble.
Honestly, I don’t even know where to start as a Mississippi Native- McAlisters is our go to! But this location is the absolute worst definitely is a misrepresentation of company! Here’s my issues because I’ve been here numerous of times.. can’t go through the drive-thru- they won’t acknowledge you- today I waited without acknowledgment I was at the window for 10 mins nobody came to the window to say we’ll be with you shortly or nothing.. they seen me.. finally I went inside to get my $66 order my bag was double knotted however, my food was wrong and burnt! I asked them for the topping and extras that was missing off the spuds- took another 15 mins to bring a side of toppings from the back- I left without retrieving it..Also, I’ve spoke to Terry in the past about nachos being soggy from them putting cheese, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions on the chips..at this point I want to speak with corporate! Oh I forgot to add they be trapping at night time loud rap music and messing up people food! Wouldn’t give my dog this mess!
Wanted to have a baked potato. Arrived at 8:52pm. I was told the restaurant was closed! Another person came from the back..wispered something to the cashier..and told me..”we are not closed..all we have is cold food!”. The experience made me so uncomfortable I decided to eat someplace else! If McAllister didnt want my business, I had no problem going somewhere that does! :)UPDATE: So I waited until the following day..Nothing wrong with giving second chances and I really wanted a potato! Its..7:15pm. far from closing, shouldn’t be a problem right! Wrong..They are all out of Spuds! This is definitely not a restaurant I will be eating at! Closed early and then out of what I want. ? Decided to try another place in the same plaza! Blaze Pizza is amazing. When McAlisters lets you down…try Blaze!
The food was good, but the service was horrible. This was my first impression, and I would say pack your patience because they are extremely slow. It took almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich, and it was even that busy. When I asked, the cashier was this a normal level of service, he said no, but a customer said it was. I even asked to speak to a manager, but everyone's attitude was nonchalant. He didn't seem to care that this was my first time there. No apology was extended. For the price of the sandwiches, the service should be stellar. This location is close to my job, but I don't know if I would go back.
Customer service was good at first until I had to go back and ask for my honey mustard. The young cashier African American girl who was light skin with bad skin and short hair proceeded to argue with me over a honey mustard. Which I asked for on the side but they forgot to give it to me. She actually wanted me to open up my sandwich and see if it was on there already. If it was they would have to charge me .50 cent even though it was a mistake on their end. I told her that I am not paying anything extra for something that is suppose to be free. It already comes on the sandwich. I just asked for it on the side. She went in the back and finally got me one. Sandwich was very dry they had no mayo on my sandwich. I got the club sandwich ! It is a very basic sandwich that is regular price about $10/$11. I got it for 50% off which came to $6.41. It was apart of T-mobile Tuesday’s rewards. But honestly this basic dry sandwich was not worth more than $4. The turkey taste non brand and definitely not Boar’s head ! The Mac and cheese was ok. The sweet tea is horrible and not sweet at all. This is like cafeteria hospital type food but the hospital food would taste better. My high school cafeteria lunch tasted better than this. Do not waste your time and go to a better authentic deli. But honestly I don’t know if Atlanta has any good deli spots. I was disappointed and glad I only paid $6.41. My sweet tea was free for downloading the app and the Mac and cheese came with my meal as a side. The previous reviews were correct. Horrible customer service and nasty food !Parking: Plenty of parking for customers
