Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant has a tendency to overprice their menu items. Inaa was charged $17 for two big breakfasts and a coffee, even though the menu listed the price as $4.29. When she brought this to their attention, they insisted that their computer showed a different price and engaged in a lengthy, unprofessional argument instead of addressing her concerns. I won’t be returning to this establishment again.
I was told once I got to the drive through order station to ?pull to the window to order? two times. That?s what I was greeted with, and again once I said ?Hi?? Once I finally got to the window, I was told that they do not take orders from the window.They asked if the person who told me to go do the window did do, and they denied it. They refused to take my order and told meto drive around again during a busy time. I?ve had bad experiences here before(wrong orders etc), but I?m real tired of this.
When I saw him today, I decided to limit my responses to just what was needed for my order. He didn't greet me when I pulled up or wish me a nice day as I left, yet he felt the need to yell "THANK YOU" at me. It’s clear he dislikes his job and takes out his frustrations on customers. I usually don’t write reviews, but after experiencing his behavior a second time, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. During our first interaction, I was nearly brought to tears due to his rudeness. He had asked me to open my wallet for Apple Pay, but I was confused because Apple Pay automatically pulls up the wallet on my iPhone. His frustration escalated, and he spoke to me condescendingly before slamming the drive-thru window shut. It was so unacceptable that another employee had to step in to complete my transaction. I’m writing this review because it’s clear that this person needs to learn that his behavior in customer service is unacceptable. After our last interaction, I was so upset that my hands were shaking. However, I’m trying to take the high road by leaving an honest review about how he treats customers. This incident occurred today, November 7th, 2022, around 1 PM. I refuse to be a victim of verbal abuse while simply trying to place an order.
I had a disappointing experience at this location. They informed me that they can set their own prices, regardless of what's listed on the menu board. I ordered a 20-piece nugget for $6.59, but they charged me for two 10-piece nuggets at $4.59 each instead. When I asked for a variety of sauces, the person at the window didn't seem to understand, so I ended up with just sweet and sour. I won't be returning here again.
I honestly do not understand why people apply and accept a position in customer service then get annoyed plus provide horrible customer service. If you are not going to listen to your customer then piece of advice, do not work in customer service. All Iasked for was a sundae with caramel and hot fudge with nuts. The manager hands me a sundae with a ton of caramel on it. I statedI?m sorry, this is not what I ordered. Restated what I ordered and the manager says ?I will comp this for you and baby we haveno nuts.? Then slams the window. Comes back hands me sundae that has a little drop of fudge on top. I said can you fix this asit is not what I ordered. He says ?baby this it?. First off, you need to be retrained because you do not address customers asbaby. I?m a grown woman and not your baby. Secondly, if I ordered something and asking you politely to correct it, then make itright. The money is not coming out of your pocket to fix this little sundae. This manager needs to be demoted or switch careerpaths. Lastly, I?m reminded of why I do not go to McDonalds smh ?
