We came to our time and waited 30 minutes without sitting in a space. the bar staff calculated me $234.00 for a drink of yamasaki whisky. I asked the bartender the price of the drink before I placed my order and he replied “about the same as her current drink that was an “old fashion” cost about $20. soon after he pours the drink, we were notified that our table was ready. I told the bartender and he said he would send my drink to the table. I said to our table host that we bring the drink to our table. She told me she was going and drinking. the wet came back to our table and said that the bartender said there was no drink for me in the bar. I want a refund for a drink that I told the wrong price and that was discarded before my final production and never was brought to my table. eating was very good, but with the price, service and waiting for reservation; I wouldn't recommend it.
For dinner with a friend, service was top notch and each server was very pleasant and helpful in ordering. a glass has been accidentally dropped behind our table and everyone has handled it so well, management came even to apologise (complete accident.) it is only blur dark with minimal lighting that can make the reading of the menu etc. a little hard. will come back in any case!
Nobu was beautiful and eating was amazing. I had the sea bass, and the taste was from this world. the customer service was great when I came in, and her server jeffrey was excellent!
We went for a friends birthday. Donald was out server and was great. Great personality and recommendations. I highly suggest the dumplings, salmon belly and wasabi salsa, crispy rice and Black cod miso. Side car cocktail was best ive had. Be prepared to spend $125 per person to do it right. all of the Nigiri was awesome but the A5 waygu wasn't worth it. The baked Alaska dessert was amazing. When Arriving just put Saks Fifth Plaza in your GPS. If you put NOBu in the the GPS will take you to the wrong spot via WAZE or Google maps
