Two ladies left after getting their water because no one came to take their order. Waiter finally took my order. I have now been there over 30 minutes for two tacos. Finally lunch comes. Beans and rice are room temperature at best and had obviously been plated awhile as the surface had dried out. Tacos were okay. I had to ask for the check and when the waiter never came back to pick it up, I paid in cash and left. Not busy, as only nine other tables were occupied, and I was late getting back because of this miserable place, won't be back.
It’s located in a shopping center a short walk behind the Hilton Courtyard in Buckhead. It was Sunday around 8 pm it was pretty empty. Sat outside on the covered patio. Server was friendly attentive. Food came out fast it was good . Would go there again.
The food was out of a bag frozen into a microwave salt and pepper added and serve. About a tea spoon full of tomatoes. Look they cater to rich flavorless tastes bud type people. Go so a gas station instead the food will have more flavor
I understand that waiting is part of the experience, but while I was waiting, I noticed that the staff were too busy chatting among themselves to attend to cleaning the dirty tables. There were several customers just sitting and waiting, and both the tables and floors were unclean. The staff appeared occupied doing everything except serving the tables. I didn't expect much from the food given the poor presentation and the messy dining area, which was off-putting. However, I can say that the honey chipotle shrimp tacos were quite good, but the sampler wasn't impressive at all. To make matters worse, the condiments for the nachos were all mixed together in one small container. They could have easily separated the guacamole, sour cream, and provided more cheese for the chips. Overall, presentation is crucial! I’m not sure I would return to this specific location; I'd recommend choosing another one instead.
One person in our group received dirty silverware, and another mistakenly got a bowl of queso instead of chicken soup, which arrived as an appetizer rather than a main dish, leaving it cold by the time the rest of us got our food. When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect. Although I could have settled for what was provided instead of the grilled fish tacos I ordered, the tortillas were stale and unappetizing, and the fish appeared to be frozen and soggy. The waitress did offer to get me another meal, but honestly, everything else on the table looked unappetizing, so I opted not to eat. I was particularly disappointed as this was a special lunch to celebrate a retiring employee, and we had looked forward to it for weeks. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this restaurant, which is a shame because it's so convenient for our office staff.
